Uncommon Care Medical & Wellness Spa

Bradley Built delivered this premier design-build medical and wellness development from initial concept through final completion, partnering closely with ownership to bring a high-end vision to life.

The project features a 4,324 SF standalone Uncommon Care medical facility, purpose-built to support modern patient care, alongside a 10,800 SF multi-tenant building anchored by a luxurious 3,400 SF wellness spa. The remaining space was strategically designed for flexible tenant occupancy, enhancing long-term value and adaptability.

From early planning and design coordination to final construction, Bradley Built maintained a hands-on, collaborative approach—working alongside the owners to curate and execute elevated, detail-driven finishes that reflect both medical precision and spa-level luxury.

The result is a thoughtfully integrated campus that blends clinical functionality with a refined wellness experience, setting a new standard for healthcare-driven development.

Mulligan's Barcade & Tavern

Mulligan’s Arcade & Tavern began with a single cold call—and quickly evolved into a full design-build collaboration. From the first conversation, Bradley Built partnered closely with the owner to transform a vision into a dynamic, family-friendly destination.
Our design team brought ideas from concept to construction, carefully shaping a layout that blends great food with unforgettable entertainment. The space was thoughtfully crafted to deliver an elevated dining experience alongside premium amenities, including dart boards, axe throwing, a state-of-the-art golf simulator, classic and modern arcade games, and private party rooms.
The result is a vibrant venue designed for memorable nights out—whether for families, friends, or special events—and a project we were proud to bring from grading to grand opening.

Fuquay Family Dentist

The Fuquay Family Dentistry & Cora Physical Therapy facility was a detail-driven project that required precise coordination from grading to grand opening. Every element was thoughtfully planned and expertly executed to ensure a seamless, functional, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
From the warmth of the faux wood ceilings and the texture of the stone feature walls to the integration of X-ray equipment in every treatment room, each component was designed to balance performance with aesthetics. Glass-walled offices and carefully selected lighting further elevated the space, creating a modern, professional atmosphere throughout.
This project was completed for a valued repeat client, and we look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.

Loft Apartments

The Loft Apartments – Garner, NC was a competitively bid project where Bradley Built delivered the full scope of vertical construction in close coordination with the site development team to ensure a seamless, high-quality result.
The three-story building features 32 thoughtfully designed apartment units, ranging from spacious two- to three-bedroom layouts. Each residence was finished with refined materials and modern details, creating a balance of durability, comfort, and visual appeal.
Through strong collaboration and disciplined execution, the final product exceeded expectations and stands as a testament to our commitment to quality craftsmanship and project delivery.

Rabo AgriFinance Bank

Rabo AgriFinance Bank – Garner, NC was a true design-build collaboration that brought architectural vision and construction expertise together from concept through completion. Bradley Built partnered closely with the architect and client to translate the bank’s Dutch heritage into a distinctive, modern facility that reflects both its global roots and local presence.
Throughout the design and construction process, our team worked in an integrated role to align aesthetics, constructability, and performance. Signature elements—including the striking A-frame features, soaring cathedral ceilings, and exposed structural beams—highlight the craftsmanship and attention to detail embedded in every phase of the project.
The result is a purpose-built financial facility that balances cultural identity, architectural character, and functional excellence.

Montessori School

Montessori School – Fuquay-Varina, NC was a comprehensive design-build project tailored to meet the precise standards of a national Montessori franchise. From early concept development through final construction, Bradley Built worked in close partnership with the client and design team to ensure every requirement was met with accuracy and consistency.
The facility was thoughtfully planned to support early childhood development, with age-appropriate layouts, specialized toddler restrooms, and child-centered features integrated throughout the building. Every space was designed to balance safety, functionality, and a warm, engaging environment for students and staff alike.
The result is a purpose-built educational facility that reflects both the franchise’s brand standards and our commitment to quality, detail, and long-term performance.

DC Church

DC Church – Fuquay-Varina, NC was a competitively bid project delivered through close collaboration with the church’s building committee to create a flexible, community-centered facility that serves both worship and recreation.
The heart of the project is a thoughtfully designed multipurpose room that seamlessly transitions between a sanctuary and a full-scale gymnasium. The space features a basketball and volleyball court, electronic basketball goals, and a durable rubberized flooring system engineered to withstand athletic use while accommodating frequent chair and layout reconfigurations for services and events.
By combining performance-driven materials with a functional, adaptable layout, the finished facility provides a welcoming environment that supports worship, fellowship, and community engagement.

Cypress Creek Renewables

Cypress Creek Renewables – Durham, NC engaged Bradley Built to construct a mission-critical control room that serves as the operational hub for monitoring and maintaining their nationwide portfolio of solar energy assets. At the time of completion, this facility was only the fourth of its kind in the United States, reflecting both the technical complexity and the innovative scope of the project.
Built within an active, fully occupied regional headquarters, the project required precise scheduling, close coordination, and stringent safety and noise controls to ensure uninterrupted day-to-day operations. Our team integrated advanced infrastructure, specialized systems, and performance-driven construction methods to deliver a reliable, high-functioning environment.
The result is a state-of-the-art control center that enhances operational efficiency, strengthens real-time decision-making, and supports Cypress Creek’s continued leadership in renewable energy management across the country.
