Meet the Team Behind Bradley Built
Bradley Stancil, Founder & CEO
Bradley is a third-generation contractor who has been immersed in the construction industry his entire life. After graduating from Campbell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 2001, he followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather to build a reputation as one of the area’s premier contractors.
Today, Bradley leads a highly respected company that partners with national, regional, and local clients across a wide range of services. His work includes subdivision consultation and development, design-build commercial construction, custom homes, heavy equipment hauling, and licensed utility contracting. Under Bradley’s leadership, the company has become a trusted partner for projects that require both strategic planning and expert execution.
Bo Bridgers, Vice President
Bo joined the company in 2017 to oversee commercial construction and grading operations. A graduate of University of Mount Olive, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2002. As a second-generation builder, Bo has been immersed in the construction industry his entire life.
Since beginning his career in commercial construction in 2002, Bo has managed a wide range of projects including tenant fit-ups and interior completions, restaurant construction, ground-up commercial builds, site work and road widening, renovations and remodels, and multi-story developments. His extensive experience across multiple project types makes him a valuable leader in delivering high-quality commercial construction.
Kirk Revels, VP of Grading/Stormwater
Kirk is a third-generation earthmover who spent his childhood summers clearing land in Hoffman Forest and operating heavy equipment from an early age. Growing up in the industry, he gained hands-on experience running bulldozers and excavators on major projects across eastern North Carolina, including the Highway 64 bypass in Robersonville and the 540 Outer Loop in Raleigh.
He later expanded his expertise in site work throughout the Triangle, installing storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer lines, and domestic water infrastructure. Kirk attended Wake Technical Community College, where he earned an associate’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Kirk is highly experienced in project estimating and uses advanced software to accurately assess project costs and scope. He joined the Bradley Built, Inc. team in June 2016 and now oversees and manages the company’s grading and utility division.
Brandon Hudson, VP Utilities: Soil Stabilization
Brandon has been working in the construction industry since 1996 and transitioned into grading and utilities in 2002. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in estimating, job costing, utilities, and soil stabilization, with experience managing both large-scale and smaller grading and utility projects.
Some of Brandon’s notable projects include Beaver Creek Commons, the Highway 70 Bypass, and work associated with Epic Games. He joined the Bradley Built team in 2018, where he oversees estimating, utilities, and soil stabilization operations. Brandon’s experience and technical knowledge make him a valuable asset to the Bradley Built team.
Wendy Doorman, Coordinator
Wendy serves as the company’s Coordinator and has been a valued member of the Bradley Built team since 2013. She brings over 10 years of experience in real estate along with five years of specialized experience in residential permitting across Wake, Harnett, Johnston, and several coastal counties. Wendy’s knowledge of permitting processes and regional requirements helps ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
Tim Strickland, Accountant
Tim has been a valued member of the Bradley Built team since 2017 and brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting. His extensive financial expertise and attention to detail play a key role in supporting the company’s operations, ensuring accurate financial management and helping maintain the strong foundation behind Bradley Built’s continued growth and success.
Beverly Avery, Accounts Payable
Beverly has been a member of the Bradley Built team since 2019, serving in accounts payable. She brings more than 15 years of accounting experience and plays an important role in maintaining the company’s financial operations. Beverly’s attention to detail and dedication help ensure invoices, vendor relationships, and financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Joe Coats, Project Manager
Joe Coats is an experienced Project Manager with more than 21 years in the commercial construction industry. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strong leadership, careful attention to detail, and a consistent ability to deliver projects on schedule.
A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Joe brings the discipline, work ethic, and problem-solving mindset he developed during his military service into every project he manages. He also studied Business Administration, which further strengthened his understanding of project planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Joe enjoys working closely with a wide range of skilled trades and professionals to keep projects moving forward smoothly. He takes particular satisfaction in watching a project evolve day by day—from early planning stages to a completed structure that serves businesses and communities.
His collaborative approach, commitment to quality, and focus on meeting deadlines make him a trusted leader on commercial construction projects.
